Hiyah!!

Today was Montana's first Taekwondo class. Given her lack of age appropriate motor skills, Kurt and I thought this would be good for her.

We were told to be there 15 minutes early so they could fit her for her uniform. While I was filling out a form, the teacher took Montana and got her into her uniform. I was so proud of her for cooperating with him and not even hesitating. She was very talkative with him as well.

Right off the bat I could see this was a good choice for Montana. The discipline is "commanded" (for lack of a better word), but not in an intimidating way. They were told to say "Yes, Sir!" everytime they answered the teacher and I had to laugh when each time Montana said it, she would salute the teacher as well! LOL!
